Can a Christian trades in Forex?

Someone argued that in Forex trading, one can only win at the expense of another and hence, it is no difference from gambling and it is unproductive and wrong to do so.

I disagree for the following reasons:

Forex trading is not a gambling although there are some traders who treat the Forex market like a casino.
The Forex market is not a casino where the ultimate winner is the casino operator.
The Forex market facilitates the proper functioning of global trades and market participants including spots traders like me contribute to the liquidity for the exchanges of currencies.
Forex trading is not a zero sum game where one can only gain from the loss of another because a trade can also result in a win-win situation for both. For example trader S buys from trader U Singapore dollars in exchange for US dollars. When S$ goes up, trader S gains from the exchange. However trader U can also profit from the exchange because he had bought S$ at a lower price and sold it to turn his paper gain into actual profit.
The spot Forex market offers an attractive option to the retrenched/retired to become self-employed and let their money work for them instead of them working for the money. Some of us who are good at Forex trading can also choose it as a respectable profession to make a wonderful living out of this $4 trillion a day economic activity.
I interpret the Holy Bible's 8th. Commandment "You shall not steal" to include activities that cheat or harm to enrich oneself. Like any other businesses or professions, Forex trading is definitely not dishonest and harmful if you are not out to swindle others and not treat it like a game of chance.
